Post Partum Care

All postpartum packages include at least one prenatal consultation to discuss your desires and goals for postpartum care.

Intro Package - 40 Hours - ($50/hour)
This package is designed to help you get off to a strong and informed start with your newborn. During your consultation we’ll discuss what your priorities are; whether that be learning the basics of newborn care first hand or getting some much needed shut-eye. This package is designed to be broken up into four ten-hour night shifts or five eight-hour day shifts, ideally to be used during your first week postpartum.

Postpartum Basics Package - 120 Hours - ($50/hour)
This package allows us to address multiple areas of care. It’s perfect if this will be your first baby and you’re looking to grow extensively in your knowledge of newborn care. The quantity of hours will allow us to dive deep informationally while helping you get some much needed rest. This package is designed to be broken up into twelve ten-hour night shifts or fifteen eight-hour day shifts, ideally to be used during your first month postpartum.

Custom Care Package - 60+ Hours - ( $60/Hr)
This package is great for those who are desiring the maximum level of care. It allows for an extended period of postpartum rest and is highly recommended if you’re feeling anxious about the postpartum period. Together we’ll develop a schedule that works best for you on your terms.
